Meet Preston McGann, College Park’s Hometown Realtor and the founder behind This Is College Park.
Preston grew up in Savannah, GA, and moved to Orlando in 2002 to play College Baseball followed by a few years playing Professional Arena Football. He soon after married his wife Chelsea McGann of almost 7 years and they currently reside in College Park with their three young children.
The McGann’s are deeply involved in the community with friends and family and enjoy finding ways to connect in College Park usually through community events. They enjoy giving back to the community and finding ways to serve those in need and around them.
Preston’s real estate added-value approach is unlike most in that he displays genuine honesty and advice in each different client situation, showing patience when needed to make sure the client outcome exceeds expectations.
Being a long-time resident and realtor in Orlando’s College Park, he understands the housing market specific to buyers and sellers looking to move in and out of the community.
