Meet Jennifer Dollar — College Park Business Owner and Mom

I’ve lived in Central Florida since 1985, in College Park for the last 13. I just turned 40, been married to husband Vince since 2009, and we have two sons, Johnny 9 and Sonny 7. I am a real estate broker, started my company in 2007 in Lake Mary and now have three locations with over 100 agents. We are blessed to be surrounded by our families and best friends, most of them living right here in College Park. Right now, our evenings and weekends are dedicated to baseball – lol. Hectic but wouldn’t have it any other way.

Q: Please tell us a little bit about your family.
I am married to Vince Dollar and we have two boys, Johnny and Sonny. We recently expanded our family, and welcomed Rosie our GoldenDoodle!

Q: Please tell us about your current, past, or future career. What do you love most about what you do?
I own Folio Real Estate, a residential real estate brokerage here in Orlando. My focus is selling here in College Park and Downtown Orlando. I started selling real estate right out of college in 2003, so I guess I love it – ha! I love helping my friends get great deals! I specialize in finding off market homes, and I do this by getting to know everyone!

Tap Room, Tornatore’s, Duck and Drake, Armandos

Q: How long have you lived or worked in our community?
We bought our first house in College Park in 2007 and we have never left. I sold my first college park home in 2003.

I’m a BRAVO gal –

Q: What advice would you give to people?
Be yourself. Be patient and kind. Smile.

Q: What is something on your bucket list?
This question is always hard for me because I’m either very boring or too exhausted to think about a bucket list item… probably a ski trip with my family!

Q: What is your go to band when you cant decide what to listen to?
Currently it’s my 9yr olds apple music play list!!

Q: What current or former local business makes you the most nostalgic about our community?

Q: If you could choose anyone that is alive today and not a relative; with whom would you love to have lunch? Why? And where locally would y’all meet for this lunch?

Q: What is your favorite thing or something unique about our community?
Love the people! We have such a diverse community, love it!

Q: Where do you see yourself in 5 to 10 years?
More successful than I am today. Less stressed.

Q: (Even for friends or family), what is something interesting that most people don’t know about you?
I like to drive in silence, and I can’t stand it when the TV is on during the day.

Q: What is the most beautiful place you have ever been?
Italy.

Q: Favorite month? favorite holiday? and best single day on the calendar?

Our life here in College Park!
