Meet Bruno G. Zacchini III-Pizza Bruno-Restaurateur-Dad-Caterer

Q: Please tell us a little about yourself.
Florida born, I began my culinary journey on the
Jersey Shore Boardwalk slingin’ slices of pizza which eventually led to the Valencia Culinary Program in Orlando. From line cook, to
chef, to consultant, to owner of Pizza Bruno in 2016 and Pizza Bruno 2
that just opened October 2022.

Q: What do you do for work, and what do you love most about what you do?

I own and operate my two restaurants and catering company. My full
time job varies from day to day. One day I will be working in the
restaurants on a station, one day I will be fixing something or other
days just working on how to improve different aspects of my business
or working on new concepts!

Q: If a neighbor is hungry in College Park, what local restaurants would
you refer them to?

I have always really enjoyed Infusion for lunch for a southwest
burrito and mint to be Mate' or Ollies for a jar of pickles and
sandwich! Dinner I love Zeytin! Their food is so simple and well made
a really really great meal every time.

Q: How long have you lived or worked in our community?
I have lived in Orlando since 2002 and I bought my first home off
Formosa Ave in 2012. I lived there for about 4 years and have opened 1
previous concept in College Park before opening Pizza Bruno and soon
to open Dizzy Donuts!

Q: Do you have any College Park businesses who aren't here anymore that
you wish would come back?

Tough question college park has changed so much in the past 10 years!
